According to this recipe, mushrooms can be served both as an independent snack, and as an addition to any meat or vegetables. By the way, you can completely replace mayonnaise with sour cream, it turns out very tasty too. Of course, mushrooms can simply be fried on the grill, but pre-pickled will be much tastier. Prepare all ingredients.
Combine sour cream and mayonnaise in equal proportions.
Add mustard and stir.
Add crushed garlic, salt and spices to taste.
Pour in soy sauce and stir everything. The marinade is ready.
The amount of marinade is designed for 500-700 grams of mushrooms. Dip each mushroom in the marinade and place in a plastic bag. Pour the remaining marinade on top and tie the bag. Leave the mushrooms to marinate for 30-40 minutes. Shake the bag periodically.
Then everything is simple. We string the mushrooms on skewers or put them on the wire rack. Fry until tender, turning occasionally.
