I use chicken liver for the salad, I really like it. Also add lettuce leaves and some red sweet onions. If you wish, you can take additional greens. You can dress the salad with mayonnaise, but I like to just drizzle a little oil.
Prepare your ingredients.
Rinse and dry the chicken liver, heat the pan with butter, fry the liver until tender, 4 minutes on each side. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the liver.
Place the hand-torn lettuce leaves on a plate. Leave the center of the plate for the liver.
Place the liver in the center of the plate and add the chopped red onion.
Cut the grapefruit into slices and add to the salad. Season to taste, serve.
