Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Stir sour cream in warm water (36-38 degrees). Add yeast. Stir.
Add salt, sugar and eggs.
Add flour in parts, mix with a spoon each time. As soon as it becomes difficult to stir, proceed to manual kneading.
Lubricate your hands with vegetable oil, and knead the dough well. Round it, transfer it to the bowl, cover with a towel and leave it in a warm place without drafts for 1 hour.
After the time has passed, make a warming, round again, cover with a towel and leave for another 1 hour.
When the dough comes up again, wrap it and divide it into 12 equal parts.
Roll each blank into a cake about 12-14 cm in size.

Put prepared buns on a baking sheet. Leave on for 10 minutes. During this time, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Before you put the buns on the oven, grease with the yolk. Bake for 25-30 minutes.
Remove the finished buns from the oven. Cool slightly and remove from pan.
