Goat cheese and pear salad

You will definitely love the taste of the dish – salty and sweet! You will want to repeat this quick-to-prepare snack more than once, so get a little more cheese and pears in advance. You can take the salad with you to work, but then you will need to sprinkle the sliced pear with lemon juice so that it does not darken.
Prepare the indicated ingredients. It is advisable to buy cheese soft, but not melted, salty in taste. Be sure to try it and, if salty, then exclude salt from the ingredients list.
Rinse the lettuce and shake off excess moisture. Place it on a plate.
Rinse the pear in water and cut into four parts. Cut the seeds and cut the pulp into slices. Place on lettuce leaves.
Cut the soft cheese into slices or cubes and place on a plate between the pear slices.
Season with salt and pepper, add walnut kernels. Optionally, walnuts can be substituted for peanuts, cashews, etc.
Sprinkle a dish with vegetable oil, preferably cold-pressed olive oil, and serve.
