Making gluten-free pizza dough is no more difficult than making regular dough. The test option, of course, is not the only one, in my recipe rice and corn flour were used. The cooking technology is described in more detail in a step-by-step recipe.

Dissolve salt, sugar, yeast in water, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, add rice flour.

Knead the dough, it will be loose, but at the same time it can be collected in a ball. Cover with a film and leave the dough to ferment for 2-3 hours.

To make pizza, take any ingredients that you like, as an option, tomato trade wind, mozzarella cheese, several olives, dry basil, smoked sausage, a tablespoon of olive oil.

Form a pizza base from the dough, put it on a baking sheet. The dough does not behave like an ordinary wheat flour dough, it crumbles slightly in the hands, but it is quite possible to work with it. Lubricate the base for pizza with tomato, put mozzarella grated on a coarse grater, slices of sausage, olives, sprinkle with dry basil, sprinkle with olive oil.

Bake pizza in the oven at a temperature of 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. It turned out to be thin, tastes almost the same as ordinary pizza, but still we remember that it is gluten-free, which means it is more healthy!
