Description of the preparation:
Fragrant pizza beckons, especially if it is hot, with heat from the oven. But those who are contraindicated in gluten can be advised to cook this dish on the basis of rice flour. In time, cooking will take as much as creating a regular pizza, but everyone will be full! Remember that rice flour is harder to mix in the liquid, so be prepared for this.
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Pour kefir into a deep container, vegetable oil – olive oil is best, add salt. Optionally, add ground dried herbs: thyme, rosemary, oregano.
Pour rice flour and baking powder. Remember that rice flour is difficult to intervene and the dough is more difficult to prepare from it than from wheat.
Knead the dough by thoroughly mixing the flour. Leave some flour on a rolling base for pizza.
Rice dough does not need rest, so that gluten is activated in it, as it does not contain gluten. Therefore, immediately roll out of it the base according to the diameter of the mold. Lubricate the baking dish with vegetable oil and place the dough on it. Lubricate it with ketchup or mayonnaise. At this stage, preheat the oven to 220 degrees.
Hard cheese grate with fine mesh. Sprinkle with half the curd mass the base.
Sliced smoked sausage and tomato (optional), put the slices on the base. Sprinkle them on top with the remaining cheese. Place the pizza in the oven for 10-12 minutes.
Remove the prepared pizza from the oven and let it cool slightly.
Then invite family or guests and serve pizza to the table warm, cut into pieces. Bon Appetit!
