Gluten free cottage cheese casserole
Description of the preparation:
Dairy products, eggs, sugar and fruits are gluten free. But, unfortunately, many dairy producers use thickeners, starch or white wheat flour, which, in fact, contain gluten. Curd desserts, sweet thick yoghurts, sour cream and even cottage cheese may include a thickener. Therefore, either cook the cottage cheese and yogurt yourself, or look for quality products that will contain only milk or cream.
Prepare the ingredients.
Curd choose dry, without sourness.

Eggs are driven into a bowl.

Add salt, sugar and cinnamon. All whipped until foam.

Add the cottage cheese to the bowl.

Add natural yogurt. This time I have natural Greek yogurt of 8% fat. I also use homemade yogurt, less oily.

The curd mass is mixed with a submersible blender and poured into a silicone mold.

Cut the apples into slices and spread on the curd. We send the form to the preheated oven. Bake at a temperature of 170-180 degrees, about 40 minutes.
When the casserole has cooled, remove it from the mold.

Cottage cheese casserole is ready. Bon Appetit!
