Gingerbread donuts can easily be made with milk and yeast. Due to the yeast, the dough will be lush and the donuts airy. Nobody can resist this delicacy.
Prepare the ingredients for making gingerbread donuts in milk.

In warm milk, add yeast and mix until completely dissolved.

Mix sugar with a chicken egg, beat with a whisk until the crystals dissolve. Add vanilla sugar, salt and whisk again.

Pour the egg mixture and vegetable oil into the milk mass, mix.

Pour in the sifted flour.

Knead the soft dough and leave it under a lid or towel for 50-60 minutes.

The dough has grown three times, knead it and you can cook donuts.

Divide the dough into small balls, each ball a little roll, giving a round shape. Squeeze out the middle to make a hole. You can use the neck of a plastic bottle.

Fry donuts on both sides, constantly adding vegetable oil to the pan.

Serve the finished donuts right to the table. You can sprinkle them with powdered sugar.
