Therefore, we put a portion of the dough on a plate with flour, and when a little flour sticks to the dough, it will be easy to make a gingerbread. After baking, the gingerbread cookies will be soft inside, and an appetizing crust with cracks will be baked on the outside.
Prepare the ingredients.
Beat the egg with sugar.
Add soft butter and honey, mix.
Next, add the yogurt.
Add ground gingerbread cookies.
Add whole grain flour and baking powder. Knead the dough.
Pour a little flour on a plate. We put portions of soft dough on flour and make round gingerbread cookies.
Gingerbread cookies spread on a baking sheet covered with baking paper and sent to the preheated oven.
Bake at a temperature of 180-190 degrees for about 15 minutes.
