If you are tired of the taste of regular biscuit, you can try making it with a new unique taste by adding ground dried ginger. In general, baked goods are cooked in the same way, for the same amount of time. And do not open the oven door during baking, so that the biscuit does not fall off from the temperature difference.

Prepare the indicated ingredients.

Beat the chicken eggs into the bowl of a mixer or food processor, add salt and sugar. Beat the eggs for 3-5 minutes in a fluffy foam, it should turn white and increase in volume. The main thing is not to over-beat the mass, otherwise it will stratify.

Then turn off the technique and add wheat flour and ground ginger to the bowl. You can add some vanilla sugar or flavor if you like. Using a silicone spatula or whisk, gently whisk the dry ingredients into the egg mass, being careful not to release air bubbles from it. Preheat the oven to 160-180 degrees.

Grease the mold with vegetable or butter and pour the biscuit dough into it, gently level the surface of the workpiece and place the mold in the oven for 25 minutes.

Remove the brown biscuit from the oven and turn it upside down in the mold. Place it on cups or glasses so that it cools as it is, otherwise the baked goods will simply settle.
