German cheese soup is very simple and quick to prepare. The dish is delicious and very satisfying. Onions can be replaced with leeks, but this is not important, because in the finished soup you will not distinguish one from the other.
Prepare the ingredients for making German soup.
Pour water into a saucepan and add the chopped potatoes. Start cooking the soup.
Peel, wash and finely chop the onions. Place in a skillet.
Pour in the oil and fry the onion until translucent for 5-6 minutes.
Then add the minced meat to the pan with onions.
Stirring constantly, fry the minced meat with onions for 5-6 minutes.
Then put in a pot with potatoes.
Add chopped champignons. Season the soup with salt and pepper to taste.
When the soup is ready, add the melted cheese to a saucepan and mix well with all the ingredients.
After 3-4 minutes, the soup will be ready.
