Description of the preparation:
Late autumn and winter is a time of hot soups. To add variety to your diet, I offer a recipe for a delicious homemade chicken soup with garlic dumplings. This is a tasty and at the same time very light dish in every sense. See a step by step recipe and cook for health!
Prepare the necessary ingredients.
Cook the chicken stock. To make it transparent, do not forget to remove the foam in time, cook on low heat with a slightly open lid. When boiling, add half the onions and carrots to the broth.
While cooking the broth, prepare dumplings. To do this, knead the dough from one egg and 3-4 tablespoons of flour.
The dough should be as tight as noodles.
Roll the dough into a thin layer.
Mix the garlic, passed through the press, herbs and 1 tablespoon of vegetable (olive) oil, add a little salt.
With a culinary brush, apply the aromatic garlic mixture to the dough.
Roll the dough into a tight roll.
Cut the dough into slices about 3 mm thick.
Grate the remaining half of the carrots, finely chop the second half of the onion and fry in vegetable oil.
Remove boiled onions and carrots from the finished broth, strain through a sieve, salt to taste, add the frying, chicken meat. Add dumplings and bring to a boil, you do not need to cook, so that dumplings do not boil too much.
Chicken soup with garlic dumplings can be served. If there is fresh greens, add it to the plate when serving. Bon Appetit!
