Funchoza is a very healthy noodle. It contains starch, B vitamins and vitamin E. As well as phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and calcium. The dish is prepared very simply and quickly. When combined with vegetables and red fish, rice noodles are delicious and tender.
Prepare the ingredients for making red fish funchose.
Peel, wash and chop the carrots. Place in a skillet.
Peel the onions, wash and chop finely. Add to carrots.
Wash the zucchini and cut into cubes. Place in a skillet with carrots and onions.
Pour in vegetable oil, 30 ml. water. Place a lid on the skillet and simmer the vegetables until tender. Season with salt to taste.
Put the stewed vegetables in a bowl. Boil the pink salmon. Pour water into a saucepan, put fish. Add bay leaf, black peppercorns and salt to taste. Bring to a boil, skim off and cook for 15-20 minutes. Then remove from the pan, cool and disassemble the pink salmon. Remove seeds, add to vegetables.
Prepare funchoza according to the instructions on the package. Add to a bowl of pink salmon and vegetables.
Toss funchose with fish and vegetables.
Funchoza with red fish and vegetables is ready. Serve warm for lunch or dinner.
