I love funchose, I can cook it in any variation and with any ingredients. Here I really liked the combination of funchose and tender ripe avocado, but I decided to add some more Adyghe cheese and ham. I was right, it's very tasty! For beauty and extra taste, sprinkle the salad with sesame seeds.
Prepare your ingredients.
Cut the ham and cheese into small pieces.
Pour boiling water over the funchoza and leave for 4 minutes, then drain the water.
Transfer the funchose, cheese and ham to a bowl.
Add the avocado. Soft and ripe avocados can be chopped finely or crushed with a fork.
Add salt, pepper, oil to the salad.
Stir all ingredients and serve. Already in the finished salad on a plate, you can add coarsely chopped avocado, several pieces.
Don't forget to add sesame seeds.
