For the pie, you can take any fresh berries and fruits. I took raisins, kiwi, pear and strawberries. Frozen ones are not very suitable for cooking, as they give off a lot of juice, and the cake may turn out soggy. For this amount of dough, a form of 20 * 20 or 27 * 12 cm is quite suitable.
Prepare all the ingredients you need to make your fruit and berry pie. Wash and dry berries and fruits. Remove the oil in advance to soften.
Put soft butter, sugar and vanilla sugar in a bowl, beat until whitened. Add eggs and yolk to the mass. Whisk everything until smooth.
Pour in warm milk and whisk slowly.
While continuing to beat slowly, add the semolina.
Pour vinegar into the mass and mix.
Combine flour, baking powder and starch, sift into a bowl with a mass. Add a pinch of salt and stir until smooth.
Grease a baking dish with vegetable oil and sprinkle with semolina. Transfer the dough into it and flatten.
Cut fruits and large berries and lay them on the surface of the dough.
Place the pie pan in a hot oven and bake for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.
Cool the pie, remove from the mold and sprinkle with powdered sugar on top if desired.
