In order to prepare pancakes with fruits, you will need kefir, flour, egg, sugar, soda and fruit. This recipe uses banana and pear, but you can replace them with whatever fruits you like best. Such pancakes are prepared very simply, without much effort. You can serve such pastries with tea, compote or warm milk.
- Kefir – 1 Glass
- Wheat flour – 180 Grams
- Sugar – 2 Tbsp. spoons
- Soda – 0.5 Teaspoons
- Chicken egg – 1 Piece
- Banana – 1 Piece
- Pear – 1 Piece
- Vegetable oil – 2 Tbsp. spoons
How to cook "Fritters with fruit"
Prepare all the ingredients you need.
Whisk eggs and sugar in a deep bowl.
Add warm kefir and stir gently.
Pour in the sifted flour and baking soda and stir.
Finely chop the banana and pear, add to the dough and stir.
In a preheated skillet with vegetable oil, fry the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
