Slimming pancakes are prepared in the same way as ordinary pancakes. With the difference that sugar and fat are excluded. Flour is used oatmeal, buckwheat, corn. There is very little wheat flour in my recipe. Instead of a whole egg, you can only take the white, although I don't think the yolk will add a lot of calories to the pancakes. My pancakes with zucchini and low-fat kefir, which also reduces their calorie content. I do not fry pancakes, but literally bake them in a frying pan greased with vegetable oil.
Prepare the ingredients for making diet pancakes.
Place the egg in a bowl. You can take only protein.
Pour low fat kefir into a bowl.
Add salt, wheat and corn flour.
Mix the egg, kefir and flour thoroughly.
Grate the zucchini and add to the dough. Young zucchini need not be peeled. Add baking powder.
Toss all the pancake dough ingredients.
Grease a hot skillet with vegetable oil and lay out the pancakes with a tablespoon.
Bake pancakes on both sides until golden brown.
Put the finished pancakes on a plate.
Fritters for weight loss are ready. Serve with low-fat yogurt.
