A colorful salad of tomatoes and frillis is a must for the summer season. You can replace vegetable oil with mayonnaise of any fat content, sour cream or thick classic yogurt – according to your taste. Onions or green onions can be added if desired.
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Take a bunch of lettuce apart, cut off the stems and rinse the leaves in water. Shake several times to remove excess liquid and place on a plate in a deep container.
Rinse the tomatoes in water, cut the green cores and cut the vegetables into slices directly into the salad bowl.
Rinse and chop parsley, add to tomato slices.
Season the salad with salt and pepper. Add sesame seeds and vegetable oil. It is best to use cold pressed olive.
Serve the prepared salad to the table immediately after cooking.
