Below I will give a step-by-step description of how to cook fried soy meat. You can use any spices to taste, the main thing is to follow the cooking technique. Instead of agave syrup, you can take any other sweetener. Soy meat can be of any size and shape, but large pieces are cooked a little longer. My recipe is simple and quick, and soy meat is very tasty!
Prepare all the ingredients.
Soak soy meat in hot water for 10-15 minutes.
Drain the water. Rinse the soy meat in cold water, then squeeze the slices thoroughly. Add corn starch and mix.
Heat the pan over medium heat, add a little vegetable oil. Fry soy meat until golden brown. Set the soya pieces aside.
Finely chop the garlic, ginger and chili. Reheat a clean pan with a little oil. Start frying ginger, add garlic and chili after a couple of seconds. Fry them until the flavor is revealed.
Pour soy sauce, water and agave syrup into the pan. Add soy slices and simmer until liquid evaporates.
When almost the entire sauce has evaporated, add chopped green onions. Fry the soy slices until the liquid has completely evaporated.
