Below I will tell you more about how to cook fried soy asparagus. Instead of seasoning, you can take any other spices. For example, seasoning for Korean carrots. Serving an appetizer is best right away so that it retains its crisp.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Soak soy asparagus in advance in cool water overnight.
Rinse soy asparagus, squeeze out excess water. Cut into slices 7-9 cm long. Transfer to a container, add sesame oil, soy sauce, a pinch of pepper and seasoning for fish. Stir well so that the spices are evenly distributed over the asparagus. Put in the refrigerator for a couple of hours for the appetizer to marinate.
Next, cut each slice of asparagus on one side into fibers.
Cut the nori leaf into strips. Wrap the other edge of the asparagus in it.
Roll asparagus in starch.
Fry in a pan in preheated vegetable oil until crisp. About 4-5 minutes on each side.
