French style meat with mustard sauce

Let's take a pork chop as a basis. Add onions and tomato slices, and on top lay sour cream, mustard and cheese sauce. For the sauce, I suggest taking honey mustard, with it you get a more appetizing and successful result. You can serve with any side dishes.
Prepare all ingredients.

Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater, transfer the cheese to a bowl with sour cream and mustard.

Mix everything well, the sauce is ready. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.

Cut the pork into plates, cover with cling film, then beat off with a kitchen hammer. Season the meat with salt and pepper to taste.

Peel the onion and cut into rings. Place the onion on top of the meat.

Cut the tomatoes into slices, put on top of the onion.

Transfer the chops to a baking sheet, top the tomatoes with the prepared sauce.

Bake the chops in the oven for 35-40 minutes at 180 degrees.
