If you don't find pizza cakes on sale, you can replace them with fluffy pita bread, tortilla cakes, or large-diameter pita bread. The filling may be your favorite. Experiment, it is very tasty and unusual, even a schoolboy can handle such a pizza.
Prepare your ingredients. Buy cakes on fluffy dough.
Heat some vegetable oil in a frying pan, fry the mushrooms cut into slices in it until golden brown.
Cut each pizza crust lengthwise with a long knife into two pieces of equal thickness. Lightly brush one half with your favorite tomato sauce, sprinkle generously with grated mozzarella and chopped crab sticks.
Lay out the next half of the crust, brush with the sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella and most of the cooled mushrooms.
Put half of the crust again greased with sauce, sprinkle with mozzarella and top with salami slices.
Grease the last half of the pizza crust again with sauce and sprinkle with mozzarella, lay out the remaining salami, fried mushroom slices, pieces of crab sticks and sprinkle with capers or olives. Send the piece into an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes without convection, so that the cheese melts and all the ingredients are well heated.
Cut the finished four-story pizza into portions and immediately invite your family to the table. Unusual and delicious!
