Description of the preparation:
For cooking, it is better to use pink salmon, which can be salted at home. To do this, just connect 1 tbsp. tablespoon of salt and 0.5 tbsp. tablespoons of sugar, mix these ingredients and grate the fish well from all sides, having previously cut it across.
Prepare the ingredients.
Put butter and cream cheese in a deep bowl.
Then add the boiled chicken eggs.
Cut salted pink salmon into smaller pieces, be sure to remove the bones and the skin beforehand.
Using a blender, make the mass homogeneous.
Spread the finished mincemeat on slices of bread.
Serve the mincemeat to the table.
