Below I will tell you in more detail how to cook linen rolls. Instead of flaxseed flour, you can simply chop the flax in a coffee grinder. Such buns can be used instead of bread, they turn out magnificent, soft and fragrant! In addition, baking on linseed flour is very tasty!
Prepare all the ingredients.
Mix wheat and flaxseed flour with yeast.
Dissolve salt and sugar in warm water. Add vegetable oil.
Combine dry ingredients with liquid, knead the dough. Cover the bowl with cling film and put in a warm place for 1.5 hours.
Put the resulting dough onto a surface sprinkled with flour. Divide the dough into 8 buns. Cover them with a clean towel and leave to rise for 20 minutes.
Cut crosswise on the buns. Dilute 1 tsp. flour in 1 tbsp water.
Lubricate the resulting bun mixture. Sprinkle with seeds. Bake in an oven preheated to 190 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
