In addition to sprat and crab sticks, add green onions, an egg and some delicious hard cheese. We lay out the salad in layers, before serving it must be allowed to brew and soak. Any canned fish can be used instead of sprat.
Prepare your ingredients.
Open sprats or other canned fish and drain the liquid, oil. Mash the sprats with a fork and lay out in the first layer.
Chop the green onion finely and lay on top of the sprat. Grease each layer of salad with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper to taste.
Hard boil the chicken egg, peel and grate on a medium grater. Place the eggs on top of the onions and brush with mayonnaise.
Cut the crab sticks into small cubes and place on top of the eggs.
The next layer is grated hard cheese on a medium grater. Saturate the salad a little and serve.
