Fish in "uniform" is easy to prepare, but it will take time. In general, the dish is hearty, tasty and cute, so it is also suitable for a festive table. Any fish fillet is good for him. I highly recommend it to all fish lovers!
Prepare the ingredients for cooking fish in the "uniform".
Peel and wash the potatoes. Cut and put in a saucepan, cover with water and a little salt.
Cook the potatoes until tender.
Then add butter and mash to a puree consistency.
While the potatoes are cooking, peel and wash the carrots, cut into circles and place in the pan.
Peel, wash and chop the onions. Add to carrots.
Wash the mushrooms and cut into plates. Place in a skillet with onions and carrots.
Pour in sunflower oil, 2-3 tablespoons of water, cover the pan with a lid and simmer the vegetables over low heat until soft for 10 minutes. Then salt to taste.
Wash the tilapia fillets, dry with a napkin and put in a frying pan with a little sunflower oil. Fry on each side for 3 minutes.
Place half of the mashed potatoes in a baking dish.
Place two sheets of pre-washed spinach over mashed potatoes.
Put the fish fillet on the spinach, salt it a little, you can pepper or sprinkle with seasoning for the fish.
The next layer is carrots with onions and mushrooms.
Then two spinach leaves again.
Cover the spinach with the other half of the mashed potatoes.
Place the dish in an oven preheated to 180 degrees and bake the fish in the "jacket" for 20 minutes.
The fish in the "uniform" is ready. Can be served with any sauce.
