Delicate fish cooked in Unagi sauce is quick and easy to cook. The dish turns out to be unusual, but very tasty. Serving fish in Unagi sauce is best with boiled rice, so prepare it beforehand.
Prepare all ingredients. Defrost the fish in advance, rinse, blot the fillets with paper towels.
In a small bowl, combine the soy sauce, Unagi sauce, olive oil and Tabasco.
Add garlic, ginger and sesame seeds, mix until smooth.
Transfer the fish to a baking tray, add a little pepper and salt to the fillet.
Using a silicone brush, brush the prepared sauce over the tilapia fillets.
