The fish in Suzdal is very tasty. For this dish, you can take any fish, but fatty is best. Take only high-quality sour cream, and hard cheese that melts well. If you take homemade eggs, then the dish will turn out to be brighter due to the yolk.
Prepare all the ingredients you need to prepare your Suzdal fish. Boil hard-boiled eggs and cool.
Rinse buckwheat in warm water and pour in a 1: 2 ratio. Season with salt and simmer for 20 minutes after simmering.
Salt the fish fillet and fry in hot vegetable oil on both sides until golden brown.
Wipe the mushrooms with a damp, clean cloth, removing dirt and cut into slices. Put butter and mushrooms in a frying pan. Fry everything for 5 minutes.
Peel and finely chop the onions. Add it to the pan with fried mushrooms, season with salt.
Fry the mushrooms and onions for another 7 minutes, stirring.
Peel and chop the eggs. Add them to the boiled buckwheat and stir.
Grease a baking dish with a diameter of 22 centimeters with vegetable oil and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Place the buckwheat with eggs and flatten.
Spread the fried mushrooms on a buckwheat layer.
Spread the fried fish fillets on top of the mushrooms.
Pepper the fish and brush everything with sour cream.
Grate the cheese on a fine grater and sprinkle the top of the fish in sour cream.
Put in a hot oven and bake everything for 30 minutes at 180 degrees. Let the finished dish stand for 5 minutes.
