To prepare such a pate, you can use not only the heads of pink salmon, but also any other fish. You can safely add high-quality butter to the finished pate, so it will turn out to be more pasty in structure.

Prepare your ingredients.

Put the fish heads, peeled onions, a clove of garlic and carrots in a multicooker bowl.

Add peppercorns and salt.

Place the bowl in the multicooker pressure cooker. Close the cover, set the valve to the "Closed" position. Set the cooking time to 50 minutes and press the "Start" button. If you do not have such a kitchen helper, then cook the heads in a saucepan over the fire for 3-5 hours.

When the multicooker-pressure cooker beeps, remove the vegetables and heads. Cool it down.
