Prepare your ingredients.
Transfer the minced meat to a bowl.
Chop the cauliflower finely and add to the minced meat.
Chop the onion finely and add to the minced meat bowl. Beat in one chicken egg.
Add rusks, salt and pepper to the minced meat to taste. Stir everything.
Form patties and bread in breadcrumbs.
Fry the cutlets in vegetable oil, 5 minutes on each side. Then simmer covered for 15 minutes.
