Don't be confused by the behavior of the dough in the oven. It will rise in waves, bumps, but after baking is complete, it will settle. The Finnish pancake has a neutral taste, so you can take fish, meat, mushrooms for the filling.
Prepare the required ingredients.
In a bowl, combine eggs, sugar and salt.
Melt the butter and chill slightly.
Add flour to the egg mass. Beat with a mixer until smooth.
At the end, pour in the melted butter and whisk again.
Take a large baking sheet. Cover with silicone coated baking paper. Pour out the dough. Put in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
During baking, the pancake will swell, form bumps, but as soon as you take it out of the oven, all the irregularities will settle. After the time has passed, remove the pancake from the oven.
Brush a small portion with jam.
Roll up the roll. The pancake wraps very well, does not break while warm. Cut into desired pieces. The rest of the pancake can be greased with sour cream or other filling to taste and wrapped in a roll.
Serve the finished Finnish pancake Pannukakku with your favorite drinks.
Enjoy your meal!
