Feijoa is a very healthy and aromatic berry. Her taste is sweet and sour, and her aroma is a mixture of strawberries and pineapple. You should not replace green tea with black, it will overpower the delicate berry aroma. It can be drunk hot or cold. And do not be too lazy to dry the feijoa, the taste and aroma are revealed much stronger.

Prepare all the necessary ingredients for making feijoa tea. Wash feijoa berries and wipe dry.

Cut the feijoa in half and cut into thin slices.

Heat a dry frying pan, put the slices of berries in one layer and dry them over medium heat.

Boil the kettle with boiling water and add green tea to it.

Add dried feijoa wedges.

Pour hot water into the kettle, about 80 degrees. Close and let it brew for 10-15 minutes. Then pour into cups and serve.
