Kefir is a wonderful drink that promotes weight loss. However, it should not be used on an empty stomach – it can cause gastritis with its sour taste. Therefore, for dinner, prepare a cocktail, including a drink and marshmallows. He will quench the feeling of hunger, and you will not get extra centimeters on the waist and hips, and even slightly reduce them.
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Be sure to remove kefir from the refrigerator in advance and warm at room temperature for at least half an hour.
Pour the milk drink into the blender bowl, pour in the same marshmallow or marshmallow. Cut the marshmallow into slices or break it into small pieces with your hands so that it is crushed faster in a blender.
Beat everything for about 3-5 minutes, until the marshmallows are completely dissolved in kefir. It is advisable to use a pulsating mode, so that the sweet mass rises from the bottom or vice versa – descends from the surface and is ground properly.
Pour the prepared cocktail into a cocktail jar or a glass, cup, sprinkle with ground cinnamon on top and equip with a straw. If desired, you can sprinkle with a pinch of vanilla sugar or drip a vanilla flavor if you do not like the cinnamon flavor. Now you can taste the drink.
