Fashionable and useful! What to cook with avocado

Over the past few years, avocados have become almost superfood. In diets and proper nutrition, it occurs more often. If you have an avocado at your fingertips, but you don’t know what to cook with it, look for inspiration in our selection.

Sauce

For a snack with a slice of bread or as a complement to meat and vegetable dishes, such a sauce will be very useful.

Ingredients:

  • Avocado – 1 pc.;
  • Apple – 1 pc.;
  • Lemon juice – 20 grams;
  • Olive oil – 40 grams;
  • Mustard – 5 grams;
  • Salt, pepper, garlic – to taste.

Peel the avocado and apple, cut into medium slices and place in a blender bowl. Pour in olive oil and lemon juice. Add garlic and mustard to taste, chop until smooth. Salt and pepper the sauce to taste and serve.

A light and mouth-watering snack will be a definite highlight on your table.

You will need:

  • Avocado – 1 pc.;
  • Cucumber – 1 pc.;
  • Olive oil – 20 grams;
  • Wine vinegar – 1 tsp;
  • Lemon juice – 2 tsp;
  • Salt, pepper, balsamic – to taste.

Wash and dry the avocado and cucumber, cut into as many equal cubes as possible. Pour olive oil, wine vinegar and lemon juice. Salt and pepper to taste, mix gently. Place the tartare on a plate using the cooking ring. Sprinkle with balsamic oil before serving.

Avocado goes well with eggs and greens. A quick spread for sandwiches will be just right for breakfast or a snack.

We will need:

  • Egg – 2 pcs.;
  • Avocado – 1 pc.;
  • Chives – 2-3 pcs.;
  • Salt, pepper, mayonnaise – to taste.

Hard-boiled eggs, cool, clean. Peel the avocado and cut into small cubes with the egg. Add chopped onion. Salt, pepper, season with mayonnaise and mix gently.

A fragrant and simple dish that can be prepared in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients:

  • Avocado – 1 pc.;
  • Tomato – 1 pc.;
  • Garlic – 1 clove;
  • Greens – to taste;
  • Lemon juice – 1 tbsp. l .;
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l .;
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Peel the avocado, remove the stone and grease the pulp with vegetable oil. Put the halves on the grill and fry for a few minutes until golden brown. To make the filling, combine chopped tomato with herbs and garlic. Add lemon juice, salt, pepper and a little vegetable oil. Distribute the filling into halves of the avocado and serve the appetizer to the table.

Ingredients:

  • Avocado – 1 pc.;
  • Kiwi – 1 pc.;
  • Apple – 1 pc.;
  • Spinach – 1 bunch;
  • Olive oil – 1 tsp;
  • Honey to taste.

Peel the avocado, apple, and kiwi, cut into medium pieces, and place in a blender bowl. Add washed and dried spinach, some olive oil and honey. Pour a glass of water and grind until smooth. If necessary, add more water and honey.

You will need:

  • Spinach – 1 bunch;
  • Avocado – 1 pc.;
  • Figs – 5 pcs.;
  • Olive oil – 40 grams;
  • Lemon juice – 20 grams;
  • Balsamic or wine vinegar – 1 tsp;
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Wash and dry the spinach, place on a serving plate. Peel the avocado, cut into slices and spread on top. Grind the figs and send to the salad. Combine olive oil, lemon juice, vinegar, salt and pepper to make dressing. Pour salad dressing and serve.

Ingredients:

  • Avocado – 1 pc.;
  • Shrimp – 200 grams;
  • Canned squid – 200 grams;
  • Lemon – 1-2 slices;
  • Sauce or mayonnaise – to taste.

Boil the shrimp in salted water and peel. Peel and dice the avocado. Combine avocado with seafood, season with sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Top up the salad with a slice of lemon and serve.

  • Celery stalk – 2 pcs.;

  • Salt, pepper and herbs to taste.

Boil eggs, cool and peel, cut into 4-6 slices. Wash, dry and chop avocados and celery. Put everything on a serving plate, season with mustard mayonnaise, add to taste salt, pepper and chopped herbs.

Beetroot and Cheese Salad

Bright and colorful, such a salad is perfect for dinner.

You will need:

  • Avocado – 1 pc.;
  • Beets – 1 pc.;
  • Brynza – 100 grams;
  • Spinach – 1 bunch;
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l .;
  • Nuts – 50 grams;
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Wash the beets and boil (or bake) until soft. Cool, peel and dice. Peel the avocado and cut into small pieces too. Wash and dry the spinach, add to the bowl. Top the cheese and add chopped nuts. Pour in vegetable oil, salt and pepper to taste.

You will need:

  • Avocado – 1 pc.;
  • Cocoa – 1 tbsp. l .;
  • Sugar – 2 tbsp. l .;
  • Chocolate black – 150 grams;
  • Salt – 1 pinch.

Peel the avocado, cut into small cubes and send into the blender bowl. Add sugar and a pinch of salt. Melt the chocolate, pour in the rest of the ingredients and beat until smooth. Send the finished mass to the freezer for about 15 minutes. When the mass has frozen a little, form balls with wet hands and roll them in cocoa from all sides. Let the sweets stand in the fridge for at least half an hour before serving.
