Fancy desserts for the holiday: from jelly, with ice cream and cheese

Make an interesting dessert for the next weekend or holiday! From the mixture for jelly, bake a biscuit, grease it with whipped ready-made pudding, add slices of canned peach or pineapple. Or prepare a cold treat in the form of a flower pot with earth, it looks amazing! And from hard cheese, you can make melting chocolates in your mouth.

Dessert "Mom's favorite flower"

A dessert made of chocolate chip cookies, dark chocolate and ice cream is decorated in the shape of a flower pot. It looks amazing, and you cook it faster than in half an hour. Serve dessert immediately. For decoration, a sprig of fresh mint and any flower are suitable.

Ingredients (per serving):

  • 60 g of dark chocolate
  • 1 tbsp. l cocoa powder
  • 3 tbsp. l cream ice cream
  • 4 chocolate chip cookies
  • sprig of mint
  • flower.

Grind the chocolate and melt in a metal bowl in a water bath. Then pour it into a glass (glass, metal or paper) so that chocolate covers the walls with a thin layer. Put in the freezer for 20 minutes.

How to make a chocolate cup

Pour cocoa on a flat plate at this time. Grind chocolate cookies into crumbs, it is convenient to do this with a blender or in a mortar, having worked with a pestle.

It will be needed (for 20-25 candies):

  • 300 g fat cottage cheese,
  • 100 g of hard cheese
  • 4 tbsp. l Sahara,
  • 100 g of seeds,
  • 100 g nuts (walnuts, hazelnuts, almonds or peanuts),
  • 5-6 Art. l cocoa,
  • grated ginger or orange peel to taste and desire.

Beat the cottage cheese with sugar in a blender, if the cottage cheese is low-fat, add 40 g of butter at room temperature.

Making cheese sweets

Grind nuts and seeds in a coffee grinder or chopper. Grate the cheese on a grater, preferably fine. Mix the curd with walnut, add 2-3 tbsp. l cocoa powder, grated cheese and grated ginger (40 g), mix until smooth. The resulting mass is sent for 30-40 minutes in the freezer, so that it becomes thicker.

Sweets from cottage cheese, cheese, nuts and cocoa

Pour the remaining cocoa onto a flat dish. From a chilled mass, mold balls the size of a walnut, and roll in cocoa. Store cold in a resealable container before serving candy. You can decorate sweets with a piece of walnut, seeds, melted chocolate. Have a nice day!

  • 3 eggs,
  • 12 g baking powder for dough.

We don’t need sugar, because the kissel mass is quite sweet.

Beat the eggs in a high bowl with a mixer until foam, sift the jelly mass through a sieve and beat again. Then add the sifted flour with baking powder, mayonnaise, mix until smooth.

Pour the dough into a sheet covered with parchment and send to the oven, preheated to 180 degrees, bake for 20 minutes. Finish the biscuit in a mold and leave to “ripen” for 2-4 hours. Then cut along and brush with jam or cream. Have a nice day!
