Prepare your ingredients.
Slice the eggplants into slices. Place a pot of water on the stove. When the water boils, add salt, sugar, vinegar.
Dip the eggplants in water, cook for 8 minutes, covered.
Transfer the eggplant to a plate, add the chopped dill.
Add chopped garlic, 0.3 tsp. salt, 0.3 tsp. Sahara.
Pour in the oil, stir and let stand for 3-4 minutes.
Arrange the eggplants in sterile jars, roll up with sterile lids.
Cool the eggplants under the covers with the jar upside down.
