Adyghe cheese is great for this recipe, it is not greasy, it has a pleasant creamy taste, and in addition to sour cream, herbs and garlic, it comes out completely amazing. This option of a snack can be attributed to PP, there are no harmful and fatty components here. Grill eggplants, if desired, without oil or bake, but I will show you the option in a regular frying pan, with a little oil.
Prepare all ingredients.
Rinse and dry the eggplants, then cut into thin strips and sprinkle with salt. Leave the eggplants aside for a while – 10-15 minutes. Then rinse and dry them.
Grate Adyghe cheese on a fine grater and put in a bowl.
Chop the greens finely and add to the cheese, also add chopped garlic.
Add sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix everything well.
Rinse the tomatoes and cut into wedges.
Fry the eggplants in a little oil, on each side until golden brown for a few minutes.
Place some cheese and a slice of tomato on the edge of the eggplant.
Roll the eggplants into rolls.
