Description of the preparation:
The main ingredients in this dish are eggplant and herbs. The rest of the vegetables are added as desired, you can also add carrots, green tomatoes and cabbage. Add hot peppers as desired if you like hot tastes. It turns out to be a very tasty and savory snack.
Prepare all ingredients.
Wash the eggplants, cut off the tails. Cut lengthwise, but do not cut completely. Boil in boiling water for about 10-15 minutes until soft. The time depends on the size of the eggplant.
