A colorful dish with a distinct taste can be prepared for lunch or dinner, trying to bring Asian cuisine into your daily life. On request, eggplants are served with various cold dishes of fish, seafood, chicken. You can freeze sliced vegetables for winter cooking.
Prepare the indicated ingredients.
Rinse the eggplants in water, cut the tails from the vegetables. Cut them into plates, and the plates into cubes.
Pour salt, ground black pepper and cornstarch into the eggplant container. Mix thoroughly.
Heat the vegetable oil in a skillet with high sides and add the eggplant slices to it. Fry about 3-5 minutes until golden brown on all sides.
Pour in the oyster sauce and simmer the slices for another 1-2 minutes, then turn off the heat. Sprinkle sesame seeds over the dish.
Place the eggplant in the oyster sauce on a plate.
