The dough is ready. It should increase three times and become as thick as sour cream.
Heat oil in a deep frying pan. Do not mix the dough! Pick with a spoon near the wall of the bowl. Do not make much big. Fry the pancakes on a fire just below average. Transfer the prepared pancakes to a dish lined with paper towels to absorb excess oil.
