Egg-free gingerbread icing

Prepare the ingredients.
Soak gelatin in 30 ml. cold water, let it swell for 5-10 minutes.
If you do not have icing sugar, but sugar, then grind it in a coffee grinder to the state of icing.
Pour into a stewpan 30 ml. water, pour in powdered sugar and heat to a boil.
Add the swollen gelatin to the stewpan.
Add 5 grams of lemon juice to the stewpan.
Beat the sugar-gelatin mass with a mixer until white.
Gingerbread cookies can simply be dipped in the resulting mass, or you can transfer the icing in a pastry bag for drawing on gingerbread cookies.
