Description of the preparation:
In the summer season for picking ripe tomatoes, such a colorful snack can be cooked at least every day. And you can replace chicken eggs with quail, duck, and green onions – red or leek. Also, a delicious dish seasoned not with mayonnaise, but with sour cream of any fat content.
Prepare the indicated ingredients. Choose tomatoes of medium size, not large. Boil chicken eggs in advance for 11-13 minutes and cool in cold water.
Peel the chicken eggs, rinse in water and grate with small cells in a deep bowl.
Rinse the stalks of green onions, chop and add to the bowl to the grated egg mass along with mayonnaise of any fat content. Salt and pepper. Gently mix the filling.
Cut off the lids from the tomatoes, remove the contents with a teaspoon, leaving only the tomato "barrels". If the tomatoes do not want to stay on a plate, cut a small part from the bottom of the vegetables.
Top the peeled tomatoes with egg salad to the top with a teaspoon. If the tomatoes are large, then you will have to increase the number of toppings by boiling and rubbing a few more chicken eggs.
Decorate the cooked dish to your taste, for example, with fresh dill. Serve or refrigerate before serving.
