Green onions are rich in vitamins and are very easy to grow on a windowsill or buy in a store. Paired with hard-boiled eggs, green onions are the basis of many spring salads. Adding vegetables and a variety of dressings offers a lot of room for your fantasies.
Prepare your ingredients.
Chop a bunch of washed and well-dried green onions and place in a bowl.
Add fresh cucumber, cut into small pieces.
Cut the boiled eggs into cubes. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Freshly ground black pepper comes in handy here!
For dressing, mix mayonnaise with mustard and sour cream.
Season the salad.
