On the agenda is an appetizing, easy-to-prepare and delicious Dutch salad. The combination of pickled mushrooms, cheese, tomatoes and carrots will definitely please your guests. Take note!
We will boil the carrots in advance, in which case we will collect the salad in a matter of minutes. Chopped, seasoned, mixed and done. Mushrooms can be pickled on their own, the day before, or you can buy ready-made pickled champignons in the store. There is no meat in the salad, but thanks to the mushrooms and cheese it turns out very tasty and satisfying.
- Pickled champignons – 100 Grams
- Boiled carrots – 100 Grams
- Dutch Cheese – 80 Gram
- Tomatoes – 100-150 Grams
- Mayonnaise – 50 Grams
- Salt – To taste
- Pepper – To taste
How to cook "Dutch salad"
Prepare all ingredients.
Boil the carrots in advance for 30 minutes, cool, peel. Cut the carrots into small cubes and transfer to a salad bowl.
Cut the marinated champignons into slices and transfer to a bowl with the carrots.
Rinse and dry the tomatoes, cut into small cubes. Transfer the tomatoes to the salad.
Cut the hard cheese into small cubes. Add cheese to salad.
Season the salad with mayonnaise, add salt and pepper to taste. Stir all the ingredients and serve.
