Probably everyone knows how to cook dumplings. But everyone's dough is different. Here I have my favorite dumpling dough – sour cream. It is extraordinarily delicate and easy to use as it does not stick to hands and table. Try dumplings with curd mass, you will not regret it.
Take the ingredients for making curd dumplings.
Pour flour and salt into a bowl.
Mix sour cream with warm water, pour into flour.
Knead a stiff but elastic dough. You need to knead for 10 minutes, no less. Then cover the dough with a towel and rest for 20 minutes.
Roll the dough into a layer and cut into circles. Put the curd mass in each circle.
Blind the dumplings and place on a floured plate.
Put the dumplings in boiling, salted water, stir so that they do not stick to the bottom. When the dumplings come up, cook them for another 7-8 minutes and remove them from the pan.
Serve the dumplings immediately to the table with sour cream, butter, jam.
