I add quite a bit of coconut to the candies, literally a teaspoon. I have stevia as a sweetener, but you can take any other option. Candy can be made just like that, even if you are not on a diet.
Prepare your ingredients.
Transfer the cottage cheese to a deep bowl. I had cottage cheese with 0% fat.
Add skimmed milk powder next.
Add some coconut flakes and mix well.
Form candies of any shape, sprinkle with cocoa before serving.
