"Doshirak" at home – a step-by-step recipe with a photo on Povar.ru

Juicy "Doshirak" prepared in your own kitchen can be served with any meat sauce, gravy, vegetable frying, stewed vegetables or sausages. It is prepared from ordinary ingredients, but requires a long drying time.

Prepare the indicated ingredients. You can exclude water from the list of ingredients, and cook the infusion only on a chicken egg, but it will be difficult for you to roll out the dough.

Pour the sifted wheat flour into a deep bowl. Make a hole in it and drive in a chicken egg, add salt and pour in water. You can add some chicken or meat seasoning if you like to enhance the flavor of the homemade noodles.

Knead a tight dough, leaving it under a towel or cling film for 20 minutes to activate the gluten.

Divide the dough into pieces and roll each piece into a thin layer of any shape. Sprinkle thoroughly with flour and roll. Let dry for about 3-4 hours.

Then carefully cut as small as possible, separate the slices with your hands and leave for a day at room temperature to dry. Or dry in the oven at 50-60 degrees for about 2 hours.

Boil water and add a pinch of salt to it. Place the dried noodles and cook for about 8-10 minutes until tender.

It should turn white and soft, stretchy. Turn off heating.

Put the noodles on a plate, season with butter if desired, or serve with vegetable frying, tomato sauce.
