There is nothing complicated in making Italian donuts. But some cooking skills need to be mastered. And if you are not already familiar with the yeast dough and do not know how to make custard, then in the recipe all this is described in detail and shown in the photo. Corn starch in a cream can be replaced with wheat flour. Fresh yeast is completely replaced by dry yeast, they need to be taken three times less. Such donuts are worthy of a festive table. Serve them hot.
