Description of preparation:
We prepare dietary potato soup without oil, without frying. Add a few champignons and carrots, vegetables are lightly passaged previously. Such a soup can be served with sour cream, bread rolls and a large handful of chopped herbs. Simple and fast – a great option for every day!
Prepare the ingredients.
Peel the potatoes, wash and dry. Cut the potatoes into large pieces.
Wash and dry the mushrooms, chop the mushrooms at random.
Grate the carrots on a medium grater.
Transfer potatoes to the pan. In a dry frying pan, fry a little carrots and mushrooms, add to the potatoes.
Add washed buckwheat to the pan.
Pour warm water into the pan, add spices.
Cook soup for 35-40 minutes on low heat.
