Description of the preparation:
For a diet okroshka, you need only fresh cucumbers and boiled eggs. For flavor add fresh chopped dill. Okroshka without potatoes is tasty, dietary and nutritious.
Prepare all the ingredients.
Boil hard boiled eggs in advance, cool and clean. Dice boiled eggs for okroshka.
Dice fresh cucumbers.
Finely chop fresh dill.
Combine the chopped eggs, cucumbers and dill in a deep bowl.
Salt to taste and mix.
Pour all the components with kefir and cold mineral water. You can take water as soda or without gas. Stir okroshka and the dish is done.
When cold, serve okroshka to the table. Enjoy your meal!
